“How to Develop a Win/Win Relationship with In-house Counsel”

The panel provided valuable insight into the mind-set of legal ops – a growing profession within corporate legal departments this includes Process Improvement (PI) and Procurement/Sourcing  and/or Pricing specialists – and law firms  are developing their own version of legal ops – LPMs and Pricing specialists are being hired to create better value for their clients.
